We are featured by Louis Vuitton in its 'Venice City Guide'
Our shop is featured by the famous city guide

We are proud to announce that Coltelleria Cargasacchi, our knife, pipe, collectibles and luxury items shop in Venice, Italy, has been featured by Louis Vuitton in its Venice City Guide.
French luxury house and company Louis Vuitton has created original and insightful city guides since 1998. With this travel companion, you'll discover the city of Venice in all its beauty and authenticity.
Here is what Louis Vuitton's Venice City Guide says about our boutique:
"Venice boasts a handful of traditional knife stores, like this one opened in 1970 by Marcello Cargasacchi, its twin windows still turning many (a male) passerby's head, piled high as they are with knives, pipes (by Savinelli and Luigi Viprati), corkscrews, pepper mills, and Moka Bialetti coffee-makers. Not forgetting a wealth of brushes and combs for beards and hair, natural badger-bristle shaving brushes, and non-electric razors with silver, horn (deer or antelope), bone or bamboo handles. There's the complete panoply of manicure essentials, too, from nail scissors to cuticle tweezers. And eaux de cologne to finish. Just like old times. With smiling, knowledgeable service and a wealth of expert advice, of course".
Andrea Cargasacchi, manager of Coltelleria Cargasacchi, said:
"We are delighted to be included in this special guide dedicated to Venice. Our shop is one of the last historical shops remaining in Venice today, so we are glad that our sophisticated products and nice work have been recognised. Quality always wins".
This edition includes special guest contributions from Laura de Santillana and exclusive photographs by Patrick Tourneboeuf of the collective Tendance Floue.
